First off I wanna say Katie is Amazing! Katie is a hard worker, kind and has excellent customer service! Nicole is Amazing as well! I have had no issues with anything I have gotten from this store! Thank you ladies for going above and beyond to help me! I appreciate you.

So I can’t give it zero stars so I guess I’ll have to give it a one cause there’s no option for that. Possibly the worst experience in furniture buying in my life and I am 48 years old. went to Rent-A-Center in Hamburg, (avoid)picked out a nice set loveseat and couch that we liked, was delivered ripped and torn in three different spots. There was a lollipop stuck to the back of it. The people that unloaded it pushed it off the back of their truck because it was all on my ring doorbell, so I seen it all because I was not home because I was at work. then they gave me a hard time about wanting a new set, it turned out that it was The showroom floor model and they never said that that’s the model we were getting when we ordered it and they said they gave us a discount. There was no such discount on the receipt. Then I waited all day for the new stuff to come, and when they dropped it off, I was barely spoken to no apologies. Nothing they didn’t care whatsoever that they delivered shitty furniture to begin with they should be ashamed of being in the business of selling furniture.

Katie was amazing and helping me get a laptop that was suitable to my needs. She was super friendly and the service was fantastic. Nicole the store manager was great as well. They had a computer glitch with there new system and Nicole kept apologizing the whole time for it taking so long. They made the experience very pleasant!
