Very clean an organized store location staff is well- mannered and attentive to your needs
First and foremost this rent a center in clementon is amazing. The staff is super nice and helpful. I never had a problem and I’ve gotten three different items from them. One point I had a problem and walked into the store to talk with them only cause sometimes the phone is static but I explained my situation asking them if I can pay late (only a few days difference) the manager came out I explained everything again and she was very sweet and said it was ok to. Listen people if you actually talk to the people and not get all mad they will help you. Pay your bill and you won’t have them beating down your door. We are all human and if we just communicate things get resolved. I love this store and the staff. I appreciate them all even the delivery drivers. I will definitely keep coming back to the store here.
Very unprofessional and rude. They scuffed up my walls so bad and I had to pay a pretty penny just to get them redone. The are worst then any bill collector you could think of. They will call you from numerous numbers and even give out your number to other workers using their personal phone. They will call you multiple times a day every day. Just buy the furniture…don’t bother with this place. Literally RUINED MY WALLS!!!
Constantly harass you when you owe a payment and keep changing due dates and amounts. Get over yourselves learn to act professionally.
Terrible customer service. Ordered an appliance over the weekend to replace our recently broke down appliance. Filled out everything online. Gave the proof they "needed" for delivery. They take their first payment while telling me they will call to setup a delivery.... An entire week goes by, silence. I call up, give them my name and tell them I am calling to set up a delivery. They put me on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up on me. I call back immediately, they know who I am before I say anything. They then say I need to come into the store to fill out the online form again, In person and give them the proof of everything I had already emailed to them to show them proof of income and residency... THEY'VE ALREADY CHARGED ME!!! Now they refuse to deliver????? This has been such a headache and hassle. BUYER BEWARE
Easy place to rent furniture if needed but when I say expensive boii it would leave you in a dept and when you try buy out they still try to milk it I bought kind of the same sofa's I had with them but better for a 1,500 cash while they we're charging 2,000 something for there's renting was even more ppl save money and buy cash look around a lot of places do lay away some credit some no credit take you're time save
this is the worst place to go for items. i had a warranty on tires and now one is broken n they dont want to remove the tire off the package. also i returned a sofa that was over 2k and they still had it on the account. many attempts to bring pillows and everyone had an attitude. i got a text from them saying they are going to proceed with collections on a sofa they have. im going to file a complainy with better business bbb. this store should be shut down *** FOR ANYONE WHO HAD HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS STORE WE CAN THAKE THEM TO COURT
