I’ve had several items from this location. Mark and his team are always great to work with!

Everything was going great,until an employee called me angry. I tried explaining myself, but he was not hearing it. Don’t understand miscommunications when one employee calls and tells you one price,then another calls days later telling you a bigger price. I’m over Rent A Center. They need more employees that are great with customer service and patience. Not all employees that work there are that way

I recommend The Store at the Hickory location to Everyone. Dawn is Amazing and a great asset to Rent A Center, She goes Above and Beyond to provide great customer service. She makes you feel valued and appreciated. Give this lady a raise because she certainly Deserves It!!!ThankYou for Helping Me Dawn

I wouldn't even put 1 star. They harass you, threaten you, and make false promises. I lost my job and missed 1 payment and they showed up beating on my door and threatening to call the police after promising to work with me since I hadn't missed a payment in over the 6 months that I had stayed consecutive on my payments. If you want to pay for over priced USED items go ahead, but I would recommend to just save up and buy new.

They are rude to customers. They tell your contacts your business which I do not think should be allowed since they aren’t on the rental lease with you. They will call your job repeatedly even though they are told you aren’t there. They even told people at my work my business like really. They went as far as to talk plum filthy to one of my assistant managers when they were told I wasn’t there due to my grandmothers funeral. They harassed me during my grandmothers funeral which I think should be against the law by calling repeatedly. I am definitely contacting the better business bureau. I haven’t ever had trouble out of any of the other ones just this one. They are only getting one star because I can’t post this with zero stars but they deserve zero.
