I've been renting from them since 2019, when they were on clearlake, and before they had gotten new management. I've bought a washer & dryer set, and am currently half way through a bunk bed for my kiddos. Every time I've ran into an issue, they've always fixed it as quickly as humanly possible. After coming across a stressful situation, Caleb worked with me on my payment. I'll continue to shop with them!

The store staff (Jennifer and Kaleb) couldn’t have been more helpful but the store was awful. There was no air conditioning and it was over 85 degrees in the store. Customers were sweating and red faced and the poor employees looked worn out. They said they haven’t had AC in the store since April and corporate will not repair the HVAC system because they are moving to a new location in a couple months. It’s now July with a couple months of summer heat left. The staff stated that some days the thermostat in the building reads temperatures of over 90 degrees.

Manager and staff ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. When my stove was being delivered, 2 guys came. One stayed in the truck and slept. I even tried to wake him and offered him a drink. Instead of getting the hint and start working. The dude said no ty, turned his body and went back to sleep. So only one guy carried this heavy brand new stove in. There were damages. Blown off about it!!!!!!! Extremely disorganized. Manager is mixing things up. Account always something wrong. Ended up going to rent one.
