Rent-A-Center

Will never give any other business to this location. After one year of having a $3000 fridge and making payments, the whole fridge went out. Rent a center replaced it, however within a WEEK that fridge went out as well. They replaced it with a fridge no where NEAR the fridge we originally paid for, basically told us that that’s what we’re getting. We paid $3000 for fridge we loved to get one barely worth half of what we spent, not to mention the two batches of groceries that went bad due to this. Not only that, we were given the run around for 3 days because of the lack of communication from them and how they share information between each other. Absolutely disappointed in this experience. ETA: they are trying to give us a $500 used, dented and missing pieces fridge when we’ve paid $3000 for a brand new fridge.

These people at this store are terrible we bought 4 appliances from them paid cash spent over $6,000 bought a washer and dryer, a stove & what we were told was a New refrigerator & it went out the first 2 weeks we had it was then told it was a rental return they replaced it with a repo refrigerator & it lasted less than a month & now they're refusing to do anything about it as they say you bought it, you're stuck with it!!! They won't even send a repair person to see what's wrong with it!! Don't purchase or rent anything from this place!!!

My husband and I are making our 3rd purchases from the Clinton OK store. They are very helpful and accommodating. I am extremely picky and not once was I hurried,pressured into something I wasn't happy with or given attitude when I ask for assistance in looking something over. They even unboxed a recliner just so my husband could sit in it and make a decision. I'm thankful for the young man who ask for him to try it out because it WAS the perfect fit for him. It had all the features he wanted plus some he didn't even know you could get in a recliner. They are friendly,accommodating,and will work with you. They'rejust a great bunch of professionals to work with.
