I have gone through this location for about 5 years, they always take care of me and listen to my needs and are always friendly, and know how to listen to the customers. I am happy to be back in Michigan to go through them again. Even if you cant make it on time call them they hook you up. Excited to be back in business with them. Thank you Shannon and the guys that make the delivery and assembly happen. Keep up the great work. Happy to be a rent a center family

Absolutely AMAZING customer service. From the moment we walked in we were treated like we were old friends. They worked with us to the point the manager offered to throw our purchase in her truck and personally deliver it, if we couldn't get it in our car today. (Than they helped us load it into our car once we realized it would fit). Gave us some amazing deals and were by far some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. 5 star and will be returning for more products.
