I have been calling for 2 days about my bed they keep turn off and telling me they have to go places they want me at my home intell the closing time at 600 clock and they gave me the worry bed frame
I’M NOT ONE TO WRITE REVIEWS BUT On the parkway in Bristol Tennessee. My daughter and I went in RENT-A-CENTER to use their Return Access for Amazon While we were in there, I was going to look at a couch. We have a Great Dane, that has torn our couch apart. So I was gonna buy ourselves a couch, at least start looking and very serious Consideration. My daughter had to use the restroom my daughter said do you have a bathroom? I could use please. the manager JAMES looked at us and said oh it’s only for paying customers. I said I’m here now. He said NO NOT Amazon. They don’t pay us. I said oh OK no worries I was very upset did not say a word. I was completely silent Although Rent-A-Center probably lost $1000-$2000 We really did not appreciate the attitude or the way the manager JAMES Treated or handled the situation. It definitely could’ve been handled differently by JAMES And Rent-A-Center would probably be a little bit richer today. With a new client. WE WILL DEFINITELY GO TO “ARRON’S RENTS” ON EUCLID AVENUE. NEAR THE FOODCITY BRISTOL VIRGINIA. IT’S NOT VERY FAR, LESS THAN 5 MILES WE DID NOT APPRECIATE JAMES ATTITUDE AND THE WAY HE HANDLED THINGS. IT WOULD PROBABLY BE BEST FOR ANYBODY THAT’S IN THE MARKET TO RENT OR BUY, ANY KIND OF FURNITURE FOR THEIR HOME DEFINITELY FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE. NOT “RENT-A-CENTER BRISTOL TN.”
Extremely rude staff (at least one member named James) that thinks it's ok to send incredibly rude and unprofessional personal texts to customers.
Fair prices for a rent-to-own company, and the selection is far better than the competition. The staff at this particular branch is friendly and helpful. I have had a lease with them a couple of times now, and it was easy to manage online or with the app. If anything came up with the item, it was quickly resolved by RAC. If you want nice furniture or electronics and can't pay for it all upfront, I recommend looking here and asking what options you have.

Let me just start by saying communication sucks , secondly I called over two weeks ago and asked for a sectional said it’s the same price as online she said she wasn’t sure an she couldn’t promise me I’ve been w rent a canteen for a long time . Then haven’t heard nothing back . This place is a joke . Then she said we are corporate not franchise so our taxes are higher and can’t change the day of payment . What ??? lol I’ll stay with Aaron’s Abingdon . Their great they work with you don’t matter where you live an I don’t have to worry about mis communication or anything . This place is sketchy ! I would not recommend this place at all . Honestly I’ll never go back after this I’ll stay with Aaron’s . Yall smart stay away from this place !!!! Please do not bother responding as I will not contact the team for any reason as u all will not do anything to make it better . Don’t waste ur time Please read reviews before just going to a place !!!!
They have been good to me with all my payments work with me they need a receptions that way somebody can answer the phone when they're busy that way, they can take the customers information.
