God will find a way . My husband went in hilo rent a center to buy a PS 5 for his 11 year old grandson Jaden Broken sad. Let’s ma a sad Christmas turn it a happiest Christmas again we can do this with support re tv renters managers bright by jaden please you’ve been great before. The employee showed him a ps5 on the shelf open used which costed over $545.00 at $45 every 2 weeks till paid off. Employee nicely said it works great . My husband believed the worker. Took her word as truth n fact . I would have asked her to please plug it in cause it’s used and I need to see n hear it working . He didn’t he trusted the employees word . My grandson jaden has been asking all year for a PS5 . He jumped hoped skipped shouting out how this was the best Christmas gift ever besides a few other things this was the best he jumped into his n grand ma s arms saying , I just can’t believe I got a ps5 im so happy . To find out it’s broken it was embarrassing for papa n grandma a little bit we all was sad too . Jaden said my Christmas is ruined now n sister n n jaden said you got a broken ps5 . We couldn’t afford a brand new one in the stores its expensive so we went rent a center . Which in the past has quality beautiful products n service . They failed this little boys Christmas N broke his heart . Worst Christmas ever he said . Now we learn a valuable lesson my husband I mean . When you buy a used car or lawn mower or ps5 you ask retailer employee or seller to start it up plug it in check if get all parts n it runs good first . Grandpa taking jaden back to store at10 am Christmas Eve . Hope they have a brand new PS 5 not opened . They may ask for more money down that we don’t have any money right now . It’s Christmas budget . Employee made a big huge mistake not Checking if used item works at all n it was filled inside With so much dust . Embarrassing.n heart breaking To the family n heart breaking for Jaden . They should give a brand new one for the same price as the used one not $over $1000 for a new one center . . Wish I could go but I’m feeling sick n dizzy nausea high blood pressure . Jesus is good ahwsys it will work out I’m sure rent a center management will surely want to please the customer n because if employees huge mistake on Christmas Day for a 11 yrsold boy jaden higa aloha michelle higa

The 2 women working there were great. Made for a mostly painless process to rent to own a couch. They were both very knowledgeable and tried to get me thru the paperwork as quickly as possible. Only problem they seemed to have was their computers seemed to keep freezing up and running extra slow which kind of made the process a bit more difficult then it needed to be. And you guys only had one small couch that could be sold by itself. Wanted a love seat but for some reason I can’t just buy a loveseat, had to buy the couch that matched it, and I’m not looking to buy both. Luckily she had the one small couch that she was able to offer to sell to me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiance and I went in there and fell in love with a sofa/loveseat combo and were going to pay in full and because we weren't willing to finance they told us it would be $100 for delivery and would take a month. Horrible service. Never going back. Definitely shopping at bedmart from here forward. Way better service and free same day delivery.
