Rented my washer and dryer from them that’s mine now now I’m on my second purchase with them I don’t wanna say what I have until it’s paid off but I will say my daughter broke it I called them they said bring it in they took it and said pick it up Saturday and that’s what I love about this place they help you in the best way they can they are always so happy in the work place it’s clean and if they don’t have what you want they will help you to get what you like this won’t be my last purchase cause that’s got me locked in because they are so amazing 💙

Worst customer service ever!!! Nothing but disrespect. Ive been a loyal customer for almost 2 yrs. Ive been harrassed, yelled at then hung up on. After these people insulted an elder woman. Accused her about lying about the identity of her grand daughter in her own home! The Arlington rd location in Akron Ohio are the worst. Do NOT do business with these people. Don decided to leave early to go bowling instead of returning my call and making this situation right and apologize to me for his employees poor behavior.

Seriously, the best customer service experience Very long time. it doesn’t matter what your situation is they’re willing to work with you. The main person that will help you her name is Jann. Treat her with respect and I promise she will help you anyway possible!! Steve and Aj are the two who deliver and they are respectful courteous and fast!!!! The boss there Don is the bet manager I met in a long time. Too bad they not hiring! I’d fit in great!! All positive vibes!!!!

You guys are usually great. I always pay on Sat or Sunday and it has been going great for a long time now. Today tho someone new has been blowing up my phone while I'm at work trying to get payment when I always pay it. Someone should educate her to not harass customers who always pay.
