I rented a bed meaning, secondhand that means somebody else’s household because it was cheaper. Mind you I am in the 19-year-old trying to make my way nobody in my house ever experienced any type of bedbug issue. I always paid my payments on time to the best of my ability I was never extremely late and I always called and explain my issues I moved out of my current place of residence and I told them to come pick up the bed because I’m not making payments on it because I can’t move it which is fine they came to get it and then told me they won’t take it because there’s bedbugs nobody in my house has bedbugs and I thought maybe they were Beatles I seen them on my bed I’ve never experience bedbugs in my life. I thought they were Houses’s newly built so I assume that it was just bugs on the base of the house because we also have a ant problem. I’m literally so mad and I’m furious that I even laid on that bed. It made my skin crawl. I thought you guys sold unsafe furniture. And I’m disgusted in it that you guys didn’t take the time to make sure that didn’t happen. my plan is to get an inspector to come in and inspect the bed so they can determine if it came from me or not but I know It didn’t. I feel beyond disappointed that I even have to make this post I never ever ever really post unless I’m really upset about something and I just feel like the communication is not there. I called the store several times today. Nobody answered my calls and it’s ridiculous. Please please please check your guises furniture if you don’t know ask
Definitely if your looking for real service and great people go here. Betty and Teala and the crew are amazing people to work with and they go above and beyond to make sure you get what your looking for and at a fair price. I heartily recommend this crew and store over the "other" guys in Casa Grande for business.
We have been going to this RAC, 1677 e Florence blvd in Casa Grande for many many years. We have zero issues. We recently bought a new hide-a-bed, the man that brought it to us was very courteous. He had taken the legs off, and my door just to fit it inside. He replaced everything he removed. And he even said sorry for having to remove them. Teala has been our go to person. I'm very happy she's the manager.
Staff at store #1025 by Bank of America is friendly and great customer service always there when we need them, we so satisfied with their service from years ago till the now. Store manager Teala is a great and friendly manager, is just a peace of mind to know we can count with a service like this in town! Thank you store 1025.
