I’ve had a few rentals with this store, we did have an issue with my last account but it was an IT issue. This time it was very smooth and no complications! Team here works wonders!

Very unprofessional....harassment and home visits after being a customer for almost 2yrs.....I was 1 week behind on a weekly payment, I tried to negotiate an arrangement for the same time the following week.. they will not negotiate and sent their men out 2 times this past Friday to try and take my furniture.......these people are extremely unprofessional, Rude, the furniture is used and broken and they hunt you down for their low quality furniture....just to take it and sale it to another customer........DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE......I REGRET IT AND YOU WILL ALSO!!!! THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AT ALL!!!!! AND I HOPE THEY WILL BE SOON

I decided to choose furniture from this location. I cannot remember the sales person who assisted me with this transaction (female) sorry. But with no communication while waiting for furniture. I was looking for the agreement for 2 items I wanted. Received only 1 agreement. I called the location to make them aware I found items else where and want to cancel transaction (the day of delivery) I was unaware until text message came through. The lady who answered the call stated they were getting the items together I let her know I was not going to proceed. She stated I would receive a refund for items. (Great thank you) however items was still delivered to my mailing location and my physical location (1 hour after calling) the guys who was set to deliver the items were very RUDE and NASTY. The encounter with them was horrible. I will NOT RECOMMEND this location due to the delivery guys from rent-A-Center

When I say Mahogany is the best! That's exactly what I mean. I got a living room set that won't fit in my door way of my apartment. When I say my girl work so hard to make sure I had a living room set that fits. The price is a little more but I love her style and idea on what I might like. Good job Mahogany you made my day so much better.
