Charnell is the worst manager I am and was a customer of this store she dose not know how to talk to people a call was made on Thursday of last week for a living room suit to be picked up and today is Monday and they just came and got it I told her to her face I didn’t want her in my home and she refused to leave and I said it more than once it could have went another way but I will be calling cooperate on tomorrow morning somebody needs to do something about this and her as soon as possible I am not happy at all if nothing is done I will be at the court house to find out about further action

All I gotta say is…. CHARNELL is a Goddess! She’s super sweet, she listens, she’s fair, she understands the struggle and will go out her way to help!! You don’t find them like her anymore! Super grateful for her! And unlike other locations in Durham (clearing my throat), if anyone wants to rent from RAC go to CHARNELL!!! Do your business with GOOD PEOPLE!!!

Had my bed set & TV from them, was a little late on payment, but they always got there payment every week by me. The manger was always rude & yelling at me on the phone when I did call. As life goes I had to let my bed set go back, but was up to date on my TV, so when they came & got my bed set, they also took my TV, even though I was up to on payment with my TV. I wasn't home at the time, they knew I worked alot, so they asked a friend of mine if they could go into my room I was renting & get my bed set, TV & they dd so. They had no right to have my friend open my door when they knew I wasn't home. The staff there are very very rude & has no respect for there costumer's. I wouldn't go there to rent anything from them, you will just be losing out on all the money you put into there stuff. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

The first representative cursed me out, then the manager of the location promised to fix the issue. Delivery day I never got my items. They said their truck was down and they would call back. Never called me back, never offered any alternative delivery date or anything. VERY poor customer service, and customer communication skills.
