Horrible customer service—and this is before I even received the product. How do you start and verify a contract on Monday, promise delivery for Friday, and then wait until 2:30 PM on Friday to verify the lease? That kind of delay is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of organization and respect for the customer’s time. This business is extremely poorly run. You will get the runaround, and it’s clear their main priority is collecting payment—not actually delivering on their commitments. To make matters worse, my furniture was never even put on the truck, which tells me there was never any real intention to deliver when promised. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. At this point, I will refuse the delivery when they attempt to bring it on Monday. If my time isn’t valued, then neither is this transaction.

I’ve been a customer for several years and since they let the sweet professional young lady Shaniqua go, service went down, I purchased a dinette set with 6 chairs and they only gave 4 chairs and they had me waiting for months saying they ordered the 2 chairs but I Never got them cause they told me lie after lie bout they were either late coming to now they don’t make them anymore 👎🏽but honestly I wouldn’t recommend them to Anyone the General manager of the store is pocketing a lot of money I found out from a reliable source and they charge well over the prices for the furniture!!!

I just don’t know where to start smh so I was interested in a gaming computer from the ads I seen off instagram. I was looking for a specific one and they had it so I requested it at this specific store. So yada yada yada we set up a delivery date for Friday. They told me between 1-3 so we agreed to that time frame. So I’m waiting and waiting I don’t hear a word from them. So I have to call to the store and let them know that the delivery did not come. I’m a reasonable guy and a very patient one at that. They told me it was their bad for not making the delivery and that we can set up another delivery time. Ok cool I’m fine with that. We scheduled another delivery that Saturday and same exact thing. I don’t hear a peep and I have to call back to the store. Let them know again that I didn’t get a delivery and they said it was their bad and that they will do the delivery for Monday since they are closed Sunday. Saturday was the Duke vs Unc game and Sunday was the Super Bowl. So I’m still even at this point is reasonable and understanding bc I’m of the mindset with so much going on maybe they are extremely busy. I give them the benefit of the doubt for that. Monday is here and between the hours of 3-5 pm they told me that I will be receiving the package. And guess what happens AGAIN!!!! At this point I’m livid bc I feel like I’ve been overly patient with this store. So I give the store a call and talk to whatever the guys name and let him know how I feel about how they are doing business at this specific store. When I confronted the guy about what went on which i talked to him before. Seems like he just didn’t give a hoot about what’s transpired. I just reported them to cooperate to let them know how things are being managed there. Hopefully all of this will get resolved and maybe get a staff in there that knows how to do their jobs. Long story short guys if you have ANY issues with this specific store. Just report them to cooperate so they can iron this out. That’s the only solution I can think of that can possibly clean house at this store and get a better staff.

I have been a customer of this store for several years, and the difference between the previous staff and the current one is shocking. The customer service has completely gone downhill. The employees working there now are rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. They do not want to help customers, they treat people poorly, and they even raise their voices. What is most upsetting is the way Latino customers are treated. The attitude feels racist and discriminatory. Today I went to the store to request a store transfer and a payment change. Customer service had already informed me that they would call me to complete the store transfer. When I explained this to the person in charge, she refused to help and kept giving excuses. I even asked her directly who was lying, her or customer service, since they were the ones who told me they would call me. Her response was that the account had to be up to date. My account was up to date, yet she still did not want to help. Only after I insisted and told her I would call customer service again did she finally decide to process the change—and she did so with a very rude and disrespectful attitude. This store used to provide excellent customer service, but now it is one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this location to anyone. Thank you for your response. I find it concerning that you state you cannot locate my information, as I have been a customer of this store for several years. My review reflects a real and recent experience, and the issue was not related to account verification, but to the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment I received from the current staff. I should not have to go through additional steps or make phone calls to be taken seriously. This feedback was left publicly so that management is aware of the significant decline in customer service at this location. I truly hope this is addressed internally, as long-time customers deserve better.

Pushed the time of delivery back 5 hours, then won’t answer calls to let me know what’s going on. Not professional.

I really dont know where to begin, I just had to call corporate because the employee answering the phones continues to hang up on me. I decided to start recording my calls when calling them after several attempts to allow them to correct their error. They have a satisfaction guarantee. Well, in order to uphold that, they need to fire this entire location and rebuild with people who aren't just there to be a warm body. My first issue was a late delivery I was lied to regarding the delivery driver reaching out to me and the reason that I know this is because when he did finally reach out to me I had no previous calls from him. The second part is that the piece of furniture that they delivered to me does not function properly. So now I've had this piece of furniture in my home not functioning properly for nearly 2 weeks and when I call I keep getting a response that someone's going to call me back no one has called me back, not one time has someone called me back. The back burner approach does not work for me. Since my delivery date of June 28th I have had to call the store 7 times and no resolution has come. I can't even pronounce the name of my sales manager based on other one star reviews I think Taniqua is who I was working with. I really don't even know who she is I've seen her one time because she came into my home to try to fix the couch but since then it's been a lot of nothing. I am currently waiting on a call from the district manager hopefully he can give me more than the employees at this location because the incompetence is beneath me. Should they actually do something to remedy the situation I will come back and change my review otherwise please avoid this place at all costs maybe there's a better location somewhere but this one is not it. They are the poster child for welcome to Durham.
