Im so pleased! Went inside without the thought of coming out with something! Upon arrival, I was greeted as soon as I stepped in which is a major green flag for me! Briefly instructed about the products sold, the best option for renting. I was informed however it is a rental property so when payments are overdue, it will get picked up and brought back once payments are up to date! Also last but not least, how my payment plan was structured is the stress reliever thanks to Edith’s help and Mirna outlook of my contract! Will be coming back for more in the future!

Good customer service. Mirna and Edith are very helpful step by step. It is rental property so if your late on a payment of course they will call or do pick up. I wish I could give them more then 5 stars. They have helped me and others understanding how this rent to own works.

This is the worst store ever!! First of all they keep lying about who the manager is. They are so rude and disrespectful!! We have been loyal customers to the point they called us to let us know how much they appreciate us and told us we could get anything in the store since we have always paid on time and the moment we ask for assistance or options for assistance on one payment they tell us 3 different things and it’s soo misleading, if you guys didn’t want to help you should have said that from the beginning don’t lie to your customers!! Then someone told us we were already a month behind which we had to tell them we weren’t and they said “oh you’re right” !! And if we were a month behind lol why didn’t you call or come get your merchandise but ready to come next day when we ask to pay half for 10days lol these people are a joke and I’m making complaints and sending all my recorded phone calls to higher up of the conversations we had where they told us we could pay a certain amount initially!! Yes i understand you have to pay and there’s a contract but y'all clearly make up y’all own rules and lie so bad. I will never shop with them again instead of us ducking and ignoring yall calls we communicated , it’s the principle that yall gave us 3 different answers and I don’t even believe the girl i recently spoke to is the manager !! No apologies no nothing!! This is a slap in our face !! I’m beyond pissed because when you try to do the right the and communicate they don’t care.

Got done ordering a TV for my son who has autism and he didnt understand why he couldnt watch TV and Edith was amazing! Quick process and great communication with my order and everything that was needed! Whenever I do rent another item i will definitely be asking her to handle it

11/21/2025 Called me today , (almost a year after being refunded and closing my account with them) to ask if I wanted to make my payment today. After informing him that I don’t have an account with them, he simply said okay and hung up. Idk what they’re doing what my information or how they got my number but this place needs to be audited and shut down as soon as possible. Run from this location! Update: Mirna has processed my refund and instead of returning my money she keeps putting it into different agreements. I made one payment in December to secure the furniture but you’ll see there is approximately 7 different receipts and records of her money laundering, the receipts say I paid in cash but I never went to the store. You processed a refund off my card then took the cash. Corporate will be made aware of this resolution because this is ridiculous. The Manager in reference name is Mirna. After placing an order online Mirna contacted me via text and told me she would be in contact when my order came in. 3 weeks later when my order arrived, Mirna made me aware that it was in and she was drafting me a new contract. I informed her I wasn’t interested in a new agreement. ( I had already thoroughly read through my current one as I’m skeptical of rent to own places) She became unresponsive via text. CONCLUSION: …..However, I continued to receive emails welcoming to Rent a Center …….so I logged into my account to see not only had Mirna replaced my agreement anyways, but she replaced it with one that was twice as long and cost twice as much for the same product. Between the management staff and the location, the impact this place may be having on the financial stability of the community should be studied; as well customers understanding of their current agreement. Read and reread they’re counting on your lack of intelligence.
