Greats deals on furniture very fast delivery and Joshua was extremely helpful with helping me pick everything out and went out of his way to get it delivered to me quickly I would definitely recommend going there and asking for his help can't go wrong.

Lied to me about payments lied to me about 10$ covering your first month they spam call constantly and they are extremely condescending bring back my laptop Monday and will absolutely never do business at rent a center agian I Will tell everyone I know and I'm contacting a lawyer for deceptive practices told me the 10$ was to hold it lie!!!! Told my I could switch from weekly bi weekly or monthly then when I asked to they told me no unbelievable unprofessional unreliable 1 star 0 if allowed use any other store there underhanded backstabbing tactics are unforgivable and completely out of hand I would be ashamed to own or work for this company

Very good experience with them. Haven't had a problem yet. Josh is the best. He was very pleasant and worked with me. They delivered my bedroom set and put it together and they were very pleasant 👍

Very very very poor service, I called they advertised same day delivery nothing but run arounds. They tell you they busy when they are not, absolutely no type of customer service. Refused to give me my money back , never delivered the furniture just a bunch of lies every time I called. I was told I was not a customer by the manager Joshua, after he received my money. “When you come into this store your an opportunity not a customer, your a customer when you pay” exactly what the manager of this store told me even though I did pay them. Also the secretary (Chanel) was very rude and because I was upset with them she then proceeded to tell me “ your rude I don’t want to talk to you” and hung up on me. I paid these people and all I wanted was furniture. Save your self the headache and go else where they are very ignorant and lack customer service training.

This place has very unprofessional and disrespectful staff. My experience with this place was absolutely ridiculous. The delivery guy was lazy and complaining and didn't even try to get my washer and dryer into my basement. He scratched the dryer trying to get it in the door, then told the store manager that it was my fault. The store manager was disrespectful towards my husband and was acting like he didn't even want to tell us information about the insurance that covers the merchandise then told me my husband was a liar. If you like problems, then work with this location.
