If I could give more than just a review for Olivia, I absolutely would. She made me feel like I was talking to a long-lost best friend 🥰. She went out of her way for me in a way most people don’t, and she made me feel truly seen and heard. On top of that, she’s phenomenal at what she does—not just because she’s incredible at her job, but because she brings her whole, genuine self to every interaction. Honestly, she made me want to buy the whole store just for the excuse to come back and see her!
My sick mother is dying and we decided to go on a camping trip for a few days and I had called to let ashly know this and when I got back I would pay my bill. (I always had payed on time) she then said hmm...weird you got money for a camping trip but can't make your payment. I said I am not paying for this trip and I will be back in 2 days to pay it. She said no I will be coming to get the property. I told her no 1 was home and I dont want strangers in my home when im not there so she will need to wait the 2 days. She said well regardless we will be coming. I said ok thats fine but your wasting your time and your delivery drivers time because im not home. She said "ill get in dont worry about that" I said how? You cant enter my home while I'm not there. She said well ill find your landlord and get him to let me in. I was shocked on how unprofessional and rude she was. Mind you they are charging me almost 6000$ for a used computer and a xbox. I looked up the retail prices for NEW 1s not used and in total for both items its around 1400$ so they are making 4600$ on 2 items? That's Robery and dont sound right at all. I definitely don't recommend this place . I get its a stressful job and everything but customer service is everything in this buisness..
If possible to give 0 stars I would. Not only did I receive a completely warped and broken couch that had paint stains and soda dried in the cup holder but I messaged her MULTIPLE times telling her since day 1. She agreed to lower the price. So I thought “ok maybe” until I got the next bill. 10$ off payments. lol NO. I made 1 payment and decided I didn’t want the couch. I agreed to used not broken. When they came to get it, the LEFT for a tool AND NEVER came back. Ashley then said it was because the couch was so bad they coucldnt accept it. Ok, so we literally didn’t ever even sit on that couch except 2x because it was so broken. That means you are admitting that you didn’t look at the couch to begin with and lied about taking pictures. Now they are trying to make a “settlement@ with me because THEY made the mistake and don’t want to take the financial hit because of it. Not on me. I called corporate. They were supposed to remove this couch a week ago and I have had NOTHING but issues. This is the 4th couch I’ve tried. All the others they never bothered measuring and just told me it would fit to make the quick buck. DO NOT go through these scam artists!!! The center in Derry will ALWAYS be the one I go to, but after this experience; I’ll NEVER use rent a center again. Too bad because I’m a returning customer and have ALWAYS paid off everything I’ve gotten. Until this. This is why I will never answer their calls and only text them.
Worst customer service and experience ever. Bought two couches, both power recliners. One was delivered broken,took two months to get a service guy out just to say he needs to order a part. Now four months after that, product almost paid off and still no part, no phone calls and no answer. I get emails that show completely different amounts as to what's owed and store has no answer for that either. Ashley has never returned calls or set an appointment to fix the couch.....don't waste your time or money with this location.
I hated the product I ordered (not the establishments fault), but when I wanted to return it I was left in the lurch several times. I missed an entire day of work waiting around for someone to pick it up and no one showed. I rescheduled a pick up just to get stood up again, and when I called to inquire where the driver was to pick it up, I was told they were running late. I told the manager I’d missed an appointment waiting and the manager told me I should have let them know I had an appointment! That’s not how that works. Then I was told another store could pick it up and I called every one in the area just to get told it had to be returned to where it came from. Edited to add: This wasn’t from either of the Manchester stores
