As a customer who always pays her bill. I asked to transfer to another store as the other store had better deals on items that I wanted to purchase for my kiddos for Christmas. I didn’t want to disclose this information to the manager at the valley st store. he then called the store I was trying to transfer to.made up lies Grayson the Manchester store manager claimed I said concord would give me things . Which I never said .He then asked the manager at the store I was transferring about the details of what we discussed. After all that now I can’t transfer stores because of the issues this manager created Grayson should be fired for not respecting people’s privacy and simply not doing what his customers ask of him thanks Grayson for preventing me from doing what I need to do as a mother of 4 kids

I’d give zero stars if possible. All my husband did was INQUIRE about purchasing an item. Next thing we know they put a lease agreement on his account stating when his payment is due…. HE DIDN’T EVEN AGREE OR SIGN ANYTHING?!? This can’t be legal. How do you run a business like this?

The manager and staff were great, very helpful and friendly in ever interaction… Although the couch is definitely of cheaper quality, which is disappointing considering what they charge you for it. Months in we realized we were charged EASILY double it’s worth.

Not happy with the service I received from this store. I lost my job and asked for help in understanding until I got back to work. They over charged me with late fees and when I told them to just pick up the merchandise they gave me the run around and first tells me “oh it will be from 1-3 window.” Then a no show, “oh it will be 1-4 or maybe 1-5”. Just come pick up your over priced furniture already!!!

Harassing me about a payment but didn’t manage to bother to call me once about the broken items I still have and the item that doesn’t even belong with the two pieces I asked for. I’m just so disappointed I’ve never dealt with this before I called 3 times about it and yet I purposely don’t make a payment for damaged and wrong products and they are legitimately harassing me like every 3-5 minutes another call and voicemail. No joke. Smh Update they finally got the my things but because they continue to play with me I asked for them to just grab the last thing I had 2 other payments later and they’ve yet to come get it. Now I’m stuck with merchandise I don’t want and have already invested too much in. Just keeps getting better and better.
