At first I loved the store because the entire team was so friendly and made my experience wonderful. Everyone was kind and actually cared however when the manager John left things quickly went downhill. Don’t ever fall on hard times when buying from this store because the new manager Carla is so insensitive and rude. I experienced a death in the family and sickness back to back but not even a condolences or a “sorry to hear that” from Carla she was just worried about the payment that was only 4 days late. Very poor customer service if you ask me. I would never treat my customers that way! I really hate that John left he was always so nice! The only reason why I gave this place 2 stars was because of him and kwazeem. If John was still there it would be 5 stars for sure! I’m honestly thinking about returning my products and shopping at another rent a center just to not deal with her. I like the concept and ease of rent a center but apparently they’re individually owned and I’d rather take my chances with someone else. It’s giving bully tactics and I don’t like that.
Worst experience ever- ordered a couch early December, got a call later that day trying to get upsold onto another couch that “they had already in store so we wouldn’t have to order in another one” but we denied and said we would like to stick with our original choice. The couch was set to be delivered two weeks time, well we got the run-around all month long- saying their systems were down and even though the couch was now at their store they couldn’t have it delivered to us until IT was able to fix their system. We would call and call trying to get updates and the sales manager never seemed to be available. But I’m sure if it was a bill being due they would not be as unavailable. Ending up canceling our order because I can’t imagine getting in deeper with a store that never seems to have answers to your questions.
I’ve posted like 2 times already, this is the best furniture company I’ve ever dealt with. Specifically this location. John is a great leader; always helpful and empathetic to me, and Zack is the other manager who’s always very kind and helpful when I speak to him as well. I’m gonna spell it wrong but Kwazeim is the most professional and kindhearted person I’ve spoken to. This entire team here is so kind and I highly recommend them to everyone !
Worst customer service ever. After I purchased a queen bedroom set in cash I asked CARLA to order the chest or drawers for me to go with it. She then looks it up and quotes me $134. It’s been a month and a half and it just got to the damn store. And now the price is $371. Itch got me messed up. You can keep that. If you quote anyone a price it should not change for a dresser. I would never go there again. And I was going to get a sectional or living room set from there. But now I would never…..
