they sold me a used bed set .the screws were not sturdy. the bed slacks are really weak and any movement on it will cause it to snap . they fail to hold their end of the bargain on lease agreements but they want their money and will harass you on missed payments. The district manager needs to be fired as well. Please bring someone in that can turn this business around I haven’t seen a consistent store manger yet better yet employees.Rent a center sells overpriced things to the low income neighborhoods and treat their customers very poorly.

Unfortunately not only was I charge a late interest fee of 70+ dollars without warning. I was not very well assisted by the two men who assisted me prior to the girl on the phone. The website itself keeps going down and isn’t allowing me to pay. Communication is bad alongside customer service

The employee, manager and general manager were all there and every single one of them were amazing in assisting me with my purchase. I got a pre owned ps5 the product is working amazing the only thing was the controller has scuffs but it’s what you’d expect from pre owned things. Overall very nice and friendly experience
