That women who calls 80 million times is rude She do not care about anything you got going on and yes I did report her and yes I will no longer be making a payment at that location! I have several recordings of how nasty she is and want to play games and keep hanging up the phone on somebody. Her job is coming to an end real soon because she is not going by company policy and I’ve confirmed!

The manager Payola is sooo rude and nasty and will call you all day long on the day of payment I mean calls non stop which is absolutely absurd when your a manager you are not supposed to take your job personal as if you own the merchandise she acts if the customers owes her and not the company I be glad when trump removes her from the United States she is to entitled to her job when she can simply listen to to customers need instead of being a ride and nasty live of work I will be returning the merchandise soon I will not be dealing with this any longer

I hate to give them even one star. I’ve rented from Rent a center for 10 yrs now and completed multiple payments plans. I missed one payment recently, and the delivery driver came knocking on my door and would not leave once I told him I was making a payment on my phone and not over the phone . I went to close my door and the delivery driver tried to come in the house with me and my 4 month old in my arms. Yelling that the furniture was his. Luckily I have a door camera that caught the entire thing. (He moved my doorbell camera too!) So just know if you’re late on one payment RAC will send their henchmen to your door if you decide to lease here. They’ve lost a customer for life.

It was alright. I didn't know I was getting a refurbished xbox x, and I didnt get a HDMI cord. Luckily I had one around the house. The xbox wasn't factory reset either so it was still someone's account on it when I plugged it in. I also wish I had gotten a wireless controller..but the xbox and wired controller works fine.

I called rent-a-center to asked my furniture to be moved to my new home, Daniel explained that can not move furniture every since Covid began, however they definitely moved my furniture 6 months ago as he happily scheduled a date to do so. What baffles me is that as he told me that they cannot move furniture into your new home, but if I don’t make my payment on time, they will come get furniture promptly…ridiculous, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with rent-a-center…

Absolute trash. First, the employee’s here are the biggest POS’s I’ve ever met in my life. At first they were nice to me, then after I purchased a couch they did not help at all. I messaged them and called MULTIPLE times about dirty marks and rips on the couch that was supposedly “professionally cleaned”. I bought a couch that had an outlet for charging phones that I was ASSURED worked “perfectly”. When I got home, the outlets did not work at all. They ignored me EVERY time. I was told when I first purchased the couch that I would end up paying about $900 once all my payments were completed. I did the math and I ended up paying almost $1700. For a DIRTY couch. I did not see the marks on it when I was in store due to the way they strategically staged the couch. I believe the employee’s name was Daniel, and he refused to help. I told them I wouldn’t make another payment until it was cleaned, so they contacted my MOTHER who was a reference number and basically asked HER to make the payment. Just absolutely disgusting horrible people. I did NOT have autopay set up EVER, so when I did not make a payment due to being ignored, they went ahead and charged my card anyway without ANY authorization. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE PLEASE.
