I' I personally was a loyalty customer at the Rent-A-Center locations Mesa and Phoenix. So when my account had gotten transferred at store location 5038. Their was always an issue with thee store manager Adriana. Constantly trying to run my payments without my authorization . I personally wish that the old crew from store 220 was still together. Mike Malcolm Lee and Pablo. I personally wouldn't do any personal business at this phoenix store. 5038. Due to bad experience. I personally as a Rent-a-Center customer wish that there would be more great rent a center employee mike , Malcolm Lee and Pablo. Since I ' was a loyalty customer I've paid off my entire dinette table off in full. I've also received my owner ship certificate. I also had rented a nice midnight madness two piece sectional brown. Michael the assistant store manager there at that location he was a great guy hard worker always friendly helping assist in his customer's. When I personally had heard the bad news that the store manager had terminated him I decide to give my merchandise back to thee store .so I was very saddened about that situation. And now Rent-A-Center has lost a loyalty customer a center.
Mike was amazing. He made sure I had everything I needed in a good time of matter . Very kind and understanding individual. Well appreciated
First off I came in for an Oculus and was rented a PS5 instead which I did not want. Once I asked for the refund it took a whole week for me to get the money back. Called another store who said they will honor the online pricing as well as give me the item in store. The first store refused to transfer my information that I already filled out. Today at 10 a.m. I paid for the Oculus and was told five different times that someone was coming to deliver it today only to find out nobody is coming till Monday and when I spoke with Adriana the manager all she could say was I don't know why he told you that because we were busy today so we can get it Monday but I don't know when. I expressed my frustration and her response to me was to calm down. When I asked for corporate number I was given the customer service number instead LOL oh don't worry I'll be there Monday morning. Highly pissed off and they need to fire mike for lying to me numerous times as well as Adriana for her lack of customer service support. Glad I recorded our conversations so corporate can hear how their store is being ran. A total mess. I definitely should have known. Mind you the only reason I even went this route was because of the convenience and it was available. Or so I thought. Today's update. I was told by the manager I'm being sent a refund due to me calling corporate . She also flagged my account due to calling another rent a center to try to have my info switched to their location instead since I've been mishandled numerous times . I sent everything I need to proper authorities. Karma is a b. I only got 113 of my refund total refund which was 125.36. Mike said he's the manager and hung up on me and my mother. I'll be up there Update 1.13.26 Still waiting on my refund lol 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Mike thee : assistant manager and adriana thee: store manager are both professional. & Malcolm they're are friendly . Foremost I' am a loyal rent a center customer and I was satisfied with my furniture products. Please visit this RAC store location. Very friendly and professional. @ this store. 😊
The couches were nice. Not what we signed a contract on. I had to pick them up myself. They kept claiming I was being when each weekly payment is shown to my eyes. I paid off the balance they claimed I needed to pay. They still took the couches and said if and when it comes back I won't take the authorities to you and get you into court. After harassing my landlords phone number that who claimed time. They are just a scam, a rip off. Like pirates. I hate I didn't record the phone call of her stuttering and sounding high and desperate like a scheme was made and I was in the middle of it. And she had no recording either. How weird! Everything i said she got wrong so she is terrible and so is her employees. I tried calling to let her know it is on her company sent truck and they didn't want to be friendly anymore and are ignoring me! Another red flag. Bottom line, it is shady business and I hope to not make the same mistake. Who calls someone's landlord after payments are taken on and off as they want and threatens cops enter the building. I work at night my mother is 5 months pregnant its really on my nerves. I hope that verbal agreement is right. This is the last we deal with each other ever!
