I’d give this location 0 stars. I was told my items would be delivered on Thursday but because they couldn’t reach me on Wednesday they pushed it to Friday between 3-5. I waited over 3 hours…called and spoke with various team members who said my items were on the truck. 5pm hit….STILLL no delivery person. I called repeatedly. I then called another location and they called the store. At that point it was 6pm. I called that location back and Ernestina, the manager that I spoke with earlier in the day who CONFIRMED my order was on the truck to be delivered gets on the phone and says that they’re behind on deliveries and now can’t deliver my stuff until Monday. At that point I requested that she cancel my order because that was 3 hours of my day wasted waiting for a delivery that NEVER came. That should have been communicated when they realized they couldn’t deliver my items during the day as they had promised!! Not to mention I already had put the deposit down and they were pressing me for my first payment of $200. I am beyond upset and will be filing a complaint with the corporate office on Monday for poor customer service, rude staff, and for the poor management. This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had. Do not use this location. They do not communicate and are rude. Not to mention, I told Ernestina that I had to leave my home at 5pm to get my kids from Daycare which was an hour drive from where we were, so I had to send my Mom to go get my kids! They do not respect peoples time and it shows. Trust what you read online.

So happy this location is under new management! Ernestina the new store manager was so helpful with a previous issue I had and she was able to fix it right away . Looking forward to keep doing business here. Definitely ask for her when you looking for great deals . The store also looked clean and smelled fresh. Definitely recommend.

I purchased an XBOX for my son receiving honor roll and an excellent report card I was set to pay $28 dollars a week I went in to make a payment and they notified me the person who set up my account has been fired and now I’m paying $160 I get unprofessional texts from the store employees! I asked if I can make my payment Tuesday they stated that’s not how they conduct business so I said they can pick up the product until I make the payment no one ever came to pick it up but I receive a message today “Either make a payment or return my item to the store” when I told them a week ago they can pick up the item it’s very unprofessional I still have no explanation as to why it went from $28 dollars a week to $160 a month I was warned not to do business with rent a center but I did anyway I would not recommend this service/location to anyone

Ernestina was great she really help me out get what I needed didn’t waste no time she was quick with paperwork and got me going thank u so much!!!

Quick to take my money and no communication they deliver my items late but wanted payment first lied to me about day and times items being delivered horrible customer service
