I want to start off by saying Daniel at this location is amazing and great to work with! This location really needs to train a few employees on customer care! Jasmine and Angie really need to learn customer service. I was only with rent a center for a month and had nothing but back to back issues. The one employee Jasmine called my phone looking for my mom who had nothing to do with my account and when I asked her why she was calling she hung up. The second time I spoke with her she became rude on the phone and made some threats. I told her over the phone and text message I would speak with anyone else but her and not to call my phone again. She didn’t listen and kept calling and texting. The store didn’t care when I reported it. Now the biggest issue of all is Angie. She is nothing but rude and bad customer service. She will go and talk to other people about your account and she loves to laugh and giggle on the phone and make a seen in front of people while talking to customers. She is a scammer and will tell you one thing and say something different and change amounts owed and lie to you. I asked Angie to send me a copy of my contracts to show what I would be paying every two weeks and she said she was sending it and never got it. I also let Angie know when they were making the delivery they damaged my new apartment flooring and all she did was laugh so now I’m going to let my apartment manager deal with them. She will lie and lie until she is blue in the face! I made the best decision to stop working with rent a center! They are over priced and will just play games and allow their employees to treat customers like crap and don’t care if they makes threats towards them. I found a company that is a lot better and treats people with respect and the payments are way better. Stay far from this store if you don’t want problems and drama especially from Jasmine and Angie. I have also made reports to the BBB and corporate.

Everything was great honestly up until they wanted to break my screen door and proceed to tell my wife there isn’t anything they can do about it. Like what. I just had bought that damn screen door four months ago and it gets broken by some inconsiderate employee wants to not pay attention but aye it’s ok. They must not care to much

Daniel was very friendly and attentive. He gave us a good deal! Delivery was fast and professional. I am very satisfied and will be returning again!

They offer excellent customer service Jessica and Daniel are awesome! They were able to help me furnish my apartment and I was able to get the items super quickly and for a reasonable price. I appreciate everything they have done for me

I have been a customer for a couple of years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff on site here are all amazing, especially the Manager Daniel and staff member Jessica they are always so helpful and understanding! They are very friendly,patient and make sure you are a happy customer. Their products are reliable and excellent. The whole process to start off is great and easy. If they don't have something you want, they are always willing to find you what you want. They make sure to keep tabs with their customers and letting us know about the deals they have going on. Overall amazing location and staff! Couldn't be any happier with my experience here. Thank you all!
