Please do not call me, I am not associated to anyone from this company. Called me a few days ago asking if I knew someone and to tell them they need to call this company. So I messaged said person I haven't spoken to in YEARS, said this company they arent associated with as well. They live in Kentucky I am in TEXAS. I do not need to rent furniture from a company i have never heard of nor do I need any, especially this company. Please DO NOT, call me asking me if I know said person mentioned and to tell them to call. Dunno how my number was found. But all in all this seems extremely fishy and scammy to me.

Awful customer service. I was promised twice a delivery for today (Thursday) for a special event i have tomorrow. I called because it was getting late and apparently it was pit down for Monday and never changed like i was told. Mind you i set this up two weeks ago, not last minute.

Have been an Aaron's customer for roughly 9 years between me and family members as well... I'm no rocket scientist, but I believe that a mattress that I am still making payments on should not be a worthless piece of garbage before it's even paid off... You can imagine my surprise when I spoke to a team member at your store on 35th and Greenway in Arizona offered me a new mattress, but in the next breath told me that my contract would start all over again... What a bunch of BS why do I pay extra every single month for Aaron's Club??? What a freaking JOKE SMH

Bought two items. Arrived at the store and they only had one. Fine, but then I had to call twice to get them to correct the loan for the one item I received. Then I seen the item went on sale a few days later, so I asked them to give me the sale price. This happened before with a couch at another store and they had no problem adjusting the price. This store refused, so I’m returning the item. It’s ridiculous they would rather have a used back then make a slight price adjustment to make a customer happy. But I guess it’s better I get out of this terrible loan anyway.
