Rent-A-Center

Worse customer service ever. I was able to get approved, send in a copy of my Driver's License, sign the Agreement all online, they gave me a promo of .01 cent payment to start and the status on my Rent-A-Center online account showed that I would get my item delivered on 4/1 between 1 and 4pm. Nobody showed up, nobody at the store called me once. I was hung up on when I tried calling and the other 2 times I called, I got their voicemail saying it was full so I could not even leave a message. When I finally got a hold of someone on 4/2, I was told they couldn't find my email address in their system and that I need to put a down payment and give them a copy of my Driver's License, which I already did and complete the agreement, which I already did, basically do everything by scratch. I asked the Rep at the store to just cancel my order and it hasn't even been cancelled. Nobody from the store ever called me to explain anything. I want to go to another store but I think I am just going to stay away from Rent-A-Center all together.

I had a really great experience at the Rent-A-Center on 75th Ave and Thomas in Phoenix, especially working with Theresa. She was professional, patient, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my payment options without any pressure. Theresa’s customer service truly stood out. She was respectful, helpful, and made me feel comfortable with my decision. If you’re in Phoenix and need furniture or appliances, I definitely recommend this location — and ask for Theresa!

I have been shopping and purchasing quite a bit. From this location for at least 5 are 8 years now. Staff and management know me well. I get whatever I want no questions. Asked, they are very professional with me. And very friendly with me. I am coming to the end on my the contract. I may end up renewing on other new merchandise soon.

I just want to say thank you to the everyone at the store and also for the management they go beyond and to help you with whatever you need and everyone else also has good customer service and also excellent people and Communication is good and appreciated it a lot from the bottom of heart. I just want to say thank you to the management Teresa and Jesus for all the help. May god continue to bless you all .
