The worst customer service! Please buy ANYWHERE ELSE! When I tell you they will rip you off and charge cards that are your family’s that made a one time payment and now needs that money for food for her babies and they The illegally and unauthorized took $180 out of my account when it wasn’t even my couches. It was my mother‘s and whom I don’t speak to they also blackmailed me and told me they will not give me back the money unless I contacted her and made her pay like who does that that’s their job plus the lady that I contacted hung up on me. The manager at that plus the couches are now paid off. Thanks to my unauthorized payment that they took out and they’re still trying to take out more money after they told me that was the last payment. They will hang up on you if they don’t agree with you if you are late on a payment they come knocking at your door. They’re the worst. They are the worst if you’re just one day late, please go to a warehouse or furniture warehouse where you can get way. Better deal and the couches won’t be falling apart, and the manager won’t be a B. I believe the mangers name is rose or something like that. I contacted purple cactus LLC there corporate that I received from my bbb complaint against this is franchise! The worst I’ve ever dealt with

Have know the team many years now and they are great. I had a few questions and they were at explaining how the process worked. Many of the people mad on this post don't read their contract and get mad when they fail to understand their own responsibility. Overall I have had a great experience with this location. Alma is a great manager and takes great care of her customers. The team is great and professional always treat you like family walking in.

I came in for bed room set and the staff were super helpful and really friendly. I wasn’t sure what I wanted they showed me what they had in stock. They were patient and set up me in a great payment plan. Would definitely recommend this store.

This place is great and the employees are very attentive, Alma helped me out as soon as I walked in helped me get what I needed as well as Adrian helped with loading and was very respectful. Will keep coming here for my other needs . Thank you Alma and Adrian .

Rent-A-Center made everything super easy from start to finish. The staff was friendly, the prices were fair, and delivery was quick. The furniture looks great and is exactly what I wanted. The manager, Alma, was especially nice and made sure everything went smoothly. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely shop here again!
