I'm not one to be writing reviews at all but when I will when I feel someone has gone out their way to ensure great customer service. I would like to give a big thank you to Jazmin for always helping us out. She is very kind, helpful, and great at her job. When you feel like something may not be in the budget she goes above and beyond to work with you and through all your inquiries. She is a great listener and give many options that better suit you. I like how she works through text because that's how I prefer to do things since I don't like going to the stores she'll send me different options to the phone and it's like I'm shopping in store but better. Thanks Jazmin for everything you are awesome at your job! 💜

The worst customer service! Please buy ANYWHERE ELSE! When I tell you they will rip you off and charge cards that are your family’s that made a one time payment and now needs that money for food for her babies and they The illegally and unauthorized took $180 out of my account when it wasn’t even my couches. It was my mother‘s and whom I don’t speak to they also blackmailed me and told me they will not give me back the money unless I contacted her and made her pay like who does that that’s their job plus the lady that I contacted hung up on me. The manager at that plus the couches are now paid off. Thanks to my unauthorized payment that they took out and they’re still trying to take out more money after they told me that was the last payment. They will hang up on you if they don’t agree with you if you are late on a payment they come knocking at your door. They’re the worst. They are the worst if you’re just one day late, please go to a warehouse or furniture warehouse where you can get way. Better deal and the couches won’t be falling apart, and the manager won’t be a B. I believe the mangers name is rose or something like that. I contacted purple cactus LLC there corporate that I received from my bbb complaint against this is franchise! The worst I’ve ever dealt with
If I could give a zero start I would absolutely I would suggest that you never rent anything that could break from Rent-A-Center with the intentions of paying it off or even renting it at that because I unfortunately rented a sleeper sofa because I was living in a studio and we were using it everyday and one of the mechanisms in it broke fine they fixed it the first time within a month it broke again at this point they refused to fix it refused to let me return it and made me pay it off so I had to pay off a broken sleeper sofa that's no longer any good like once that mechanism broke you can't even use it as a sofa because the sleeper part sagged down unless I wanted to put something under it and Jerry rig it I paid close to $2,000 for a broken sleeper sofa that I cannot use and they absolutely would not work with me they're a joke they're a ripoff if you have any other option please do so before going there I would rather have got something free off a curb and dealt with those issues then deal with Rent-A-Center ever again I was at a point in my life starting over and I needed something fast convenient and I just got sucked into that and they ended up screwing me over and now that I'm a paid off customer that fulfilled my agreement they're constantly getting a hold of me seeing if there's anything I need to get from them I would have to say absolutely not thank you very much I'd rather go without before ever getting anything from this place again
Have know the team many years now and they are great. I had a few questions and they were at explaining how the process worked. Many of the people mad on this post don't read their contract and get mad when they fail to understand their own responsibility. Overall I have had a great experience with this location. Alma is a great manager and takes great care of her customers. The team is great and professional always treat you like family walking in.
I came in for bed room set and the staff were super helpful and really friendly. I wasn’t sure what I wanted they showed me what they had in stock. They were patient and set up me in a great payment plan. Would definitely recommend this store.
I had a great experience at Rent-A-Center! Adrian was an extremely helpful and understanding young man. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone so patient and professional. Highly recommend asking for Adrian if you visit!
This place is great and the employees are very attentive, Alma helped me out as soon as I walked in helped me get what I needed as well as Adrian helped with loading and was very respectful. Will keep coming here for my other needs . Thank you Alma and Adrian .
