I will give it to this team I was going to have them come pick up a bunk bed that I was almost done paying off during that conversation between me and Michelle we worked out a deal so I would not have to give the bed up not sure if I misunderstood what the deal entailed but with calling the store today as I thought the deal would of been completed there was some delays due to the misunderstanding but Michelle was able to help me get it figured out even though I was not being easy to deal with as I was very frustrated over the misunderstanding, I would highly recommend this location and if you have an issue to voice your concerns as they are there to help you

This Rent-A-Center is a joke they need to clean house from the General Manager on down! I'm serious what a joke!
I have been using this Rent-A-Center for many years I don't even live that close, but they still deliver to me I have lived in Coolidge and Casa Grande but now in Mesa. Michelle and Lisa are phenomenal and very easy to work with and I will continue coming there wherever I live as long as they will have me. I moved last year and had furniture delivered and Michael delivered, and this year I just had two deliveries, last week Michael delivered with Russel, and this week Russel delivered more, and the service that I received from both of these gentlemen have been awesome. They go above and beyond making sure everything set up looks great throwing away the trash I told him I could do that they said no they would be doing that and I'm just so pleased and truly truly recommend this Rent-A-Center to anyone using Rent a Center

I was in the hospital and unable to pay.i let the store know.i also let the store my bank account was hacked and if I could make a double payment the following week.they insisted on trying to charge my card multiple times. I always got a text stating if I have any questions to call or text. So I text notify them I was in the hospital.they wanted to talk to me. Well having tubes down your throat makes it hard to talk so I only could text them.didnt get a response but to have my card charged to no avail
