Extremely unprofessional staff. They called me about a payment even though a pickup was already arranged, and when I asked the employee’s name, she yelled at me and hung up. This isn’t the first time they’ve acted like this. Rent-A-Center corporate needs to look into the behavior at this location. Mirtha lies and tried to cover up for her staff abs said it was her after she stated she just got in how can someone build a trustful relationship with RENT A CEBTRT with a manger who lies PAYMENTS ALL UP TO DATE NOT DELINQUENT PAY FOR THE ITEMS IN FULL AND ON TIME Look up the transaction history please

Great experience, great customer service and quality items for an affordable price! Everyone else whom has had “issues” with Rent A Center clearly don’t pay on time and or can’t simply afford the products; everyone in there is wonderful, outgoing and they have some pretty cool stuff! I’d recommend forsure! And I’ll continue doing business with them.

My experience with Rent - A - Center has been amazing. The store is always clean, smells good, there’s never dust on the appliances. The staff is really friendly, there were a few times I was late and the store manager MIRTA OCHOA worked with me and made my experience easy.
