They were Very professional and helpful in every way...I appreciate the quality of work they did hooking everything up and walking my wife through on how to operate the washer and dryer...would definitely recommend to anyone thinking on getting products from Rent A Center..especially the one in Blue springs, Mo...God bless everyone!!

I really appreciate them they set ur items up and very kind helpful very respectful and I been with them a couple years and will go with them once more. If u stay in BlueSprings please stop by on 7 hwy and check them out they give u a great deal for u.

Some of the people I have spoke with on the phone have been super nice and understanding of my situation with my paydays changing but a lady just spam called me a few minutes ago like 3 times back to back and when I answered I told her I was at work and I would pay on the 21st. I also work with dogs and was in the yard with them so they were being super loud. she was extremely rude and and basically said that’s not how rent a center works and that they were going to come get my item (disclaimer: I’m only 2 days late) she said on the phone they give 7 day lenience period. She then was like your breaking up (because of the very loud dogs) and all of a sudden changed her attitude when I mentioned she was being rude and only then would she actually help me after I called her out. She needs to get her attitude in check when answering the phone and don’t just immediately jump to being rude. Also to note all of my payments have been on time or early until this month!

The manager and the lady in the office were amazing. The Blue Springs MO location did phenomenal with helping us get what we needed fast.
Brand new store in Lee's Summit Mo.. Just opened the doors great sale going on right now! Employees are super nice Go shopping now!!
