Theys people are great. And kind me and my wife are glad to spend or money at this store avry body that works hare are so friendly and nice omg I think avry rent to own should be like this store the guy how dropt are stuff off was clean profishnal and real good quality stuff I love that's guys at rent a center this is are store from now on plus if you pay for your stuff you should have no problem s keep up the great work all yous and have a nice happy New yares

The hays office stated they changed username ,obviously not because original yahoo email sent reminder email for payment.

I will not buy anything else from that store I have a Pc and I bumped my desk and my monitor fell down and I went to go talk to them about and they said they can’t fix it because I was not on the warranty but I was still paying for the Pc and they refused to send it in to fix it. ANYONE THAT IS THINKING OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM RENT A CENTER DO NOT IF IT BREAKS THEY WONT FIX IT. And the guy I talked to was Carlos

I love this place. I always had a good customer relationship w staff at different locations. I have a $398 credit too!!! Prices could be a little more reasonable but they have to make money too. I've rented appliances, furniture and electronics from them....new never had a problem and if I did they were always quick to fix it. Keep up the good work.
