Amber is by far the best manager I've done business with when it comes to Rent-A-Center and I've done business with them several times she always makes sure things are done properly. The first time even went as far as helping me out from a different store to make sure that my order was correct Her and Shana do a hell of a job keeping that store alive always easy to communicate with and I never have to worry about any of my issues going unheard or unhandled will definitely continue to do business with them You can tell they take pride in good customer service.

I’ve been a customer with this company for years but being I am a new customer with this location since I am in a pickle for this payment it’s no skipping this payment and making double payments next time. I’ve never asked for an extension. I’ve always made payments on time or pay it off in full after a few months only issue I had was the previous store manager at Rivers. Wish I went back to Rivers since there is another manager there. Amber comes off very strong and not empathetic ( my daughter had the flu and she had an ear infection so my check was short this time around). I’ve never missed a payment with this store. I guess she has to treat all customers like they are no good and won’t pay. Very sad !

WOW! Amber is absolutely so helpful and informative! We had issues at another store, waiting over 2 weeks to find out there wasn’t an order ever placed :/! We decided to go to this location instead and AMBER (the store manager) went above and beyond to assist us with purchasing new furniture, and helped with the issue! Thank you so much Amber you handle business very well and professional!
