Bridgeport rentacenter has always showed me compassion I fallen short on payments after my husband died in July 2023 Dave the manager is always been very helpful to me I just purchased a new living room set and delivery men where very nice ..

Had a terrible experience with them last year. I had fallen behind on a payment and I couldn’t pay so the manager warned me he would come get it, I said that’s fine but me and my family all had Covid at the time including my 1 year old who was very sick. He stated he didn’t care and would come get it. My husband had to talk to him Because he was very rude to me. Needless to say I won’t be back at this store. Clarksburg's is better.

Went to go sign up for rent a center and gave them phone call references and they said they called all the number and they were wrong and called me suspicious and hung up on me. I gave them all correct numbers and the phones that they said they called didn’t even receive a call from them. Meanwhile before even him calling up suspicious and hanging up on me and had a snobby attitude from the start. It’s rediculous.
