HORRIBLE experience over the past few months over something simple such as paying my bill online. I WAS a loyal customer up until now. I've never had an issue with paying my account online. Now all of the sudden it's an issue when i wanted to cancel the autopay.. I was told to call the "home office" to resolve the issue. After several calls, case numbers, complaints, conversations with the GM, my issue remains unresolved. Spoke to Manny today just to hear "its out of our hands" "theres nothing we can do" "we pay an IT company who doesn't respond" "this has been going on for years" "they don't listen to us". Are you SERIOUS??? So i said, i will talk it over with my husband and will probably have you pick up the furniture because I dont feel like yall care or valued as a customer." And with the most nonchalant tone from a supervisor ever, he simply says OK! If you EVER need furniture RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!! Save your money, go elsewhere to buy furniture outright. Go to American Freight , maybe the other RAC..MAYBE...But definitely not the one on 29th. Jeremy is another rude one. The only one who act like he genuinely cared was John. Very nice man.

Got a wash machine and paid it off early. Originally agreement was a monthly payment. They did not have that when I went to day on line only weekly and biweekly. Following week After paying off washer put in for dryer. Have $50 credit. Didn’t have time to call in to complete order. They took $15 out of my account and wants to return less than $3. So beware if you start order on line and don’t call in they will keep most your money. And online apparently they don’t have the option of monthly even though that’s what you agreed to pay. So they get extra money that isn’t agreed upon
