We have a washer, dryer and oven from them, we pay quite a bit for these 3 things and be warned even if your 2 weeks late they will threaten to come and take your shit even when you’ve paid every month. Absolutely heartbreaking that they can take time out of there day to come pick your stuff up but cant wait 2 weeks for a payment when you’ve been a loyal customer for almost a year. Washer and dryer is more expensive than the oven and honestly if they come and take it for a couple weeks “hold” that would be messed up but whatever but our oven in the middle of winter. How heartless can you be to take advantage of your “power” and threaten to take most peoples only source of cooking food.

I have had a washer now broken for going on four weeks now I had told him about it. They’re supposed to bring me and switch out a washer because I couldn’t I can’t use my washer and they told me today that they will be bringing one to swap out between three and 5 o’clock today. It is 5:23 PM. Still no washer and then they call you saying that they want you to come pay your bill? I’m not paying for something that’s not working and I’ve been waiting for over for about four weeks now and then I takeoff early from work expecting I’m gonna get my washer and I don’t get it. I don’t know what’s going on. But I know when matt was the store manager there’s a lot less issues than there are now

Now THIS store knows how to treat customers! I forget the gentleman's name but he was AMAZING! He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, honest and upfront! That other location needs to take noted! Maybe they can learn something!
