Do not come into this store 1 hour before closing. The manager was sitting in her office with a bunch of kids running around, talking about buying food. I was trying to shop for a desktop game system for my son for Xmas. The lady at the register kept saying they didn’t have anything(bc you could tell she did not want to be bothered with customers) while the manager proceeded to tell her that they had some coming in on Monday. We asked for the specs on what they were getting in or could get in and stood there while the lady “looked” on the computer. After standing there for a few minutes and nothing happening, we asked the manager if there was a way we could be told what systems they were getting in on Monday. She then said oh well, they are coming to other stores. Which was not a problem but like we had said we just wanted the information on what they had. After doing absolutely NOTHING we decided to leave bc it was pretty clear that neither one of the ladies wanted to help us. I don’t understand customer service these days. There was 1 hour left open before the store closed and it seemed like the manager was only worried about taking care of her kids that were running around the store than helping a paying customer, or then again maybe I just wasn’t the right color to deserve the help that I was asking for!! Hopefully they can get it figured out how to better deal with customers, but don’t count on it!!!

Chile, pay your account on time because when you ready to rent something else they will treat you like you never paid. Yes, my payments were late but it got paid plus a late fee so in my eyes I paid but in their eyes paying late is like not paying at all which sucks because I have the income to pay for what I want and an approval but per the store I’m not capable. It’s crazy because I paid 2-3 times what the item is worth and paid it off. No one is perfect. It just disappoints me how people judge people when they clearly know whether I owe 20.00 or 200.00 I’m going to pay my bill. It might be late but just work with a customer you never know what is going on in someone life.

Always a pleasure to see the staff and I’m pleased with everything they’ve helped me with. Looking forward to doing more business with them.

The owner of the lot is racist and does not want to see black people do good, I watched her tear down a black man for trying to make a living just because he parked his truck in her empty parking lot where all people do is ride through to beat traffic. Shame on you!

Very unprofessional and disrespectful. They make promises they dont keep and dont even have the decency to call you and let you know they cant keep them. I have went to corporate as well as Better Business Bureau about this to get a full refund in a timely manner. I will never go here again.
