They are always kind and helpful, a very flexible attitude, and easy payment arrangements, I give them 5 stars, Morgantown store, Scott has been so great that he deserves a positive “ awesome job” acknowledgment 😊

Wish I could leave zero stars!! Walked in today browsing with an idea of getting a new tv , The store manager Danielle was on her phone instead of assisting me with no sense of a customer being there !! She proceeded to act like I wasn’t there and carried on a conversation with a worker in the store my husband over heard a few of unprofessional words she was sharing with Erica I believe. This however isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with Erica our son rented with rent a center missed one payment and she was cussing and arguing with him about taking stuff back my son has never made a late payment prior to that. Over the phone the store manager handled the situation , so I came in having high hopes for her , wish things turned out differently but now I see that whole store needs new staff !

Came in to take advantage of a promotion got told the promotion was for a 75” tv instead of the listed 65”, then they said they had to deliver it and then I got asked by the heavy set girl “why are you in such a rush to get it” when I wasn’t even her customer I was dealing with another employee. The heavy set girl was extremely rude and seemed like she didn’t want our business so we left

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Danielle! I had an amazing experience at Rent-A-Center thanks to Danielle! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered every question with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. Danielle went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to great customer service—she truly cares about her customers and it shows. If you're thinking about renting, definitely ask for Danielle. She made the experience quick, easy, and even enjoyable. Highly recommend!
