I will never go there the manager kim was rude to me when I was a going to be late on a payment and offer to catch it up when I got paid she yell and said if she don't get it in 30 minutes she was taking me to court over and told her to come get she said she would bring the law with her to get it and they accused me of pawning it after I told them to come get it I recommend never going here ever

The Man Want To Be Manager was Mean and Hateful I will never do business with the Hy 70 store again Delivery guy damage my tv unit after 2 months rent a center did nothing So after calling that mean manager she said they would not replace it because it was a few scratches No it was damaged I told them to keep it the deal was off

The woman manager that I spoke to today was so rude!! I informed her I was unable to make my payment on time but I would be able to make a payment in 4 days so my payment would literally be 5 days late and instead of being even a little respectable or professional...she was immediately so rude about it.... Horrible customer service... She definitely does not need to be a manager...I was extremely shocked at her immediate response about what I was telling her... Informing me they can't wait for my payment in a kind-hearted respectful manner would be one thing! I understand that they can't accept my payment late that's not the issue! but being as cold-hearted and disrespectful and rude about it as she was is just ridiculous if you're going to have a store manager you should make sure they're good with your customers someone who's professional, kind, and respectable... someone who knows what they're doing!!!

Kim helped us find the dryer to match the washer we had previously purchased thru RAC. Whenever I need or want something Kim does what she can to find what I'm looking for at an amazing deal.

This place is awesome they are good for rent to own so if you need furniture appliances electronics like game systems computers TVs they're really great to rent from and they will work with you when something happens so make sure you purchase the insurance option. Great people great environment and just overall are really great experience.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Rent a Center. I am a senior who is unable to drive. I called and rented a washer over the phone. Customer service was most helpful and it was delivered the very next day. The delivery men did a great job of installation and removed my 2 year old washer that had the computer board fry. I am grateful for Rent a Center and all their employees.
