My local store has been nothing but responsive. I know they've been busy so I appreciate them being able to answer the phone and go over my concerns. Real quick was worried about getting my bill rescheduled but was handled rather quickly despite only one poor girl handling everything! Washer dryers being delivered Thursday. I'll update as it goes along!

My bf purchased a used washer and dryer about a year ago. He gave 5 stars. The day we got the washer it didn't work. They brought us a brand new one to borrow while they took the one he purchased and had someone try to fix it. They kept it for 8 months and the warranty ran out. Then they brought the one that was broken back and it works but it about busts through the wall every time we use it. I can't wash more than 2 pairs of jeans at a time and it still bangs around like the belt is broken. I have to open it and adjust the clothes every single time I use it multiple times. The dryer was completely full of lint and had to be cleaned before we could even use it and the broken washer was disgusting on the jnside like they literally just picked it up from someone else's home. The product is not cleaned before they bring it to your home so BEWARE of things like bugs and just other peoples dirt. The guys that dropped it off and picked up and then brought it back were nice though so I would give them 5 stars but not the product. The product is trash.

I got a bed n a living room set with them n I couldn't be more pleased with their service. They totally worked with me n provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend them

I've been mislead on the equipment I ordered versus what I received. I've dealt with poor delivery, lateness, and lies about policies and procedures. My machine a taken in for repair on December 26th and it's almost 2 months later with no word of what it'll be fixed, but I was told it often takes just 4 to 7 days.
