RAW Wheels + Tires rents to own in 14 states.

Had a wonderful experience here with Leshia! She truly took care of me and all of my needs coming in to Rent A Wheel! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable but also very personable. It felt like I’ve known her before I came in. She handles business, ok! She got me in and out and I left beyond satisfied. Thank you Leshia!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this company! After having all four of my tires and rims stolen, I was stressed, frustrated, and didn’t know what I was going to do. From the very beginning, they were helpful, professional, and made the whole process so much easier for me. A HUGE shoutout to Vanessa because she was absolutely amazing! ❤️ She was so helpful, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of. She kept me informed, answered all my questions, and genuinely made me feel like somebody cared about what I was going through. And the fact that they came all the way out to my house and installed my tires and rims for me was EVERYTHING! The convenience, customer service, and quality of the work were top tier. My car looks GOODT!! 😍🔥 If you’re looking for a company that actually cares about their customers and goes above and beyond, I HIGHLY recommend them. I’m beyond grateful for their help, and Vanessa definitely deserves recognition for how great she was throughout the entire process! Thank you all so much for helping me get my car back together! ❤️🛞🔥 10/10 experience!

These people are money hungry and evil. Dont trust them all they do is lie. Ive paid over 4000 for my tires. They made up a excuse to not change them and took extra money out my bank account. These people dont care at all. And when i first got the tires i had to ride more than 35 minutes away to get them. I got no discounts for nothing. Selfish money hungry people if u got a account with them u better check they took money from me and then said if they gave my money back i couldnt get no tires. I never got any tires changed out never. This is just evil

Excellent service, smooth and quick. 100% recommend

I had a great experience at Rent-A-Wheel in Killeen, TX. Miguel really knows his wheels and tires and was very professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my options. His knowledge and professionalism really stood out. I highly recommend Miguel if you’re looking for wheels or tires!

Quick installation of four Nexen tires, my third time buying tires from this South Gate RAW store. Representatives are very attentive and get the job done.

Process was fast! Will definitely be coming back! Jannette and her staff were awesome and very helpful

The gentlemen that work here are super helpful, kind, and super quick! I had to repair a tire for one of the company's fleet of vans, since the vehicle had to leave soon and they helped me diagnose if the tire was safe for a long trip. I recommend them for their quick and efficient service over Discount Tire's service any day!

Craig, thank you for stepping in and helping my family situate everything. We can't say this enough... thank you to the RAW team. We had to learn and figure out a lot of things on the spot and you guys made making our final payment seamless. God bless you and your office.

Thanks to Anna and Gabby I had a great experience i recommend coming here for all tire and wheels need they got me just right

Horrible. I don’t know if they were trying to “punish me” or what. But I brought my tires back because of unexpected financial problems could not afford them. I was FIRST in line. FIRST! Only my car in the bay. I waited 1 1/2 hours for them to just SWAP my tires out. SWAP! Not do wheel bearings, not do brakes just SWAP tires! I don’t know if they just hired incompetent employees or what but the amount of time was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I walked back there and looked for myself after an hour and ten min and found they had only done 2 . Omg! I’m furious! I believe I lost my job over this . So thanks RAW . I guess you got the last laugh.

Great service and great friendly people that attend to your every needs.Great selection of rims and tires. Their customer service was on point I would definitely recommend this location.

The best in Lubbock to get wheels and tires! Fast service for any issues you are having. They are very knowledgeable and will have you back up and rolling fast!!!!

When i got my rims and tires everything was great, payments made weekly no problems. When I was approaching to was I thought was the final weeks of my payment plan, I remember going into the store to see what they hqd because I wanted to change my wheels up to something different. Looked at a few options and the young gentleman confirmed when my last payment would be. Even a week or so before I reached to what I thought would be my last the store called and told if I was interested in an trade in to upgrade to different rims, I said I wanted to wait for the last payment to go through, because I wanted to get new rims and give mine to my wife because they would fit her car perfectly. So fast forward about a week after what I thought was my last payment I went in with the intention of upgrading and going bigger, and was working out details as to what I would have to do to make it happen. I was ready to invest in a slight lift kit to level out my car so that I can go bigger on the wheels. I was even going to buy a 5th wheel of the rims I currently have so that I can put them on my wife's car and she would have a matching spare wheel, and I was going to continue buying through RAW and get another set of bigger more expensive rims for my ride. Well that's when I get the surprise that apparently after the last scheduled payment is made there is usually a small balance left to pay on the rims, the contract doesn't specifically outline that but says in a broader terms what will have to be paid buy the date on contract. The several times I spoke with the store about my account asking about last dates and payment, NOT ONCE was it mentioned to me. And after being rudely told by Ana that I should've read the contract repeatedly, while I continued to ask where does it say about the end balance or a schedule of it that is left at the end. And as said earlier on a few other reviews the contracts have very unclear terms. I asked repeatedly how much was the final balance of my account after the last payment and she said she didn't know and there was nothing she could about it, while speaking in a very condescending tone to me , like, how dare I as the customer be upset that have continue to pay another $2100.00 on top of the over $3000 i had already paid. because I didn't know about the small remaining balance that has to be cleared off at the end of my 6 month term, then it automatically goes to a long term finance and had another $2100 tacked on to my finance agreement. What upsets me is that the numerous times I went prior to the blowout with Ana when I asked and inquired with other employees about my contact and what was owed, someone could've said something. But I guess its planned ignorance on the finance department to forget to mention that. After the disrespectful exchange I received from Ana she tried backtracking her attitude saying how much she appreciates the customers and what it means to serve them. Like thanks you spit in my face, say deal with it and then thank me for dealing with it. I will continue to finish off the long term finance agreement I was surprised with and most likely not deal with them again. And I had such high hopes of doing more business with my ride and RAW.

I am so sick and tired of this company cold calling me and hate to leave bad reviews, but maybe this will help them change their tactics. Despite being repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list, they continually call my business line. Unnecessary, annoying, and a waste of everyone's time. Be professional and get your act together.

Make sure you pay attention to your 182 day pay off and go in person to stop payment or they will steal your money but give you a bs warranty as an apology. You will not get your money back.

I seriously cannot recommend Raw Wheels & Tires enough! I had the biggest flat tire of my life... I was basically driving on my rim. I called them, and they answered before the first ring was even over. I explained my situation, drove over, and they already had a tire ready for me. While they were checking everything out, they pointed out that another one of my tires was pretty worn. I trusted their advice, got both tires replaced, and they even swapped out my old lug nuts and got rid of those annoying wheel locks I have lost the key to with new ones!!!! The whole repair took less than 30 minutes, and the customer service was amazing from start to finish. GIRLIES, if you're looking for a place that won't make you feel taken advantage of, this is it. They'll take care of you and explain everything honestly. Oh and my rims look FIRE 🔥 10/10, I'll definitely be coming back! Godsent.
