Horrible. I don’t know if they were trying to “punish me” or what. But I brought my tires back because of unexpected financial problems could not afford them. I was FIRST in line. FIRST! Only my car in the bay. I waited 1 1/2 hours for them to just SWAP my tires out. SWAP! Not do wheel bearings, not do brakes just SWAP tires! I don’t know if they just hired incompetent employees or what but the amount of time was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I walked back there and looked for myself after an hour and ten min and found they had only done 2 . Omg! I’m furious! I believe I lost my job over this . So thanks RAW . I guess you got the last laugh.
My experience at this store was very terrible experience. I had some rims put on they were supposed to leave my original TPS sensor. Needless to say they broke one of my TPS sensors and they use zip ties to keep it on to the rim. Also they put the center caps on my new rims incorrectly. I also have proof of all the unprofessional work that was done at the shop. The balance on my back right tire they were supposed to put the weight in the inside and they put the weight in the outside. That's why my truck kept bouncing. Before I realized they had done all this to my truck I took another brand new truck to them for bronco and they scratched the rim he said he was going to order the paint months went by never got a call back never ordered the paint he was just telling me what I wanted to hear. I would not recommend anyone going to this shop they would regret it. I got video proof and pictures of the job they they did there. The picture I'm about to upload is the one where I took it to the shop that corrected all the bad stuff they did. Oh yes one last thing the manager's favorite word is I got you.
I’ll like to take this time to thank all the wonderful staff thou it took them weeks to get my rims but it sure was worth the wait.. Big up to you Noel … over all great staff services.. I definitely recommend to get your rims there ..
The worst! I got in the program of rent to own and I was told by a date I would finish paying the rims with that amount they set every month. They lied and I’m still being charged because I didn’t pay everything by that time when I was set a monthly payment. I’m trying to solve a problem with them they told me I owned them 1,500 two months ago. I paid 2,000. Now they telling me I own 2,500. It makes no sense. They keep charging and charging.
