Customer reviews
We truly enjoyed our experience here. Ms. Tonya is the best! All the staff are very professional and welcoming. They gave us what wanted without breaking the bank. Service was fast and simple. Highly recommended.
This was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had with rentawheel. Kenneth Wright was absolutely great with assisting me. Kenneth also did a wonderful job with getting me in and out when I have sat for hours in past experiences. Go to rentawheel for what you need. I promise you will not be disappointed.
Look…I was in a serious situation riding on crumbs instead of wheels, and I knew I needed a fresh start. I stopped by hoping to get a new set of wheels, but I wasn’t even sure if the same crew was still there. To my surprise, I received A-1 service from the moment I walked in! Not only did I receive quality products and exceptional customer care, but because I stayed committed and paid my account on time, it led to an unexpected MIRACLE! The new Store Manager Kenneth went above and beyond — not only paying off my account, but also assuring me that my warranty was still valid. Now THAT’S what I call customer appreciation and genuine service! If you're looking for a PLATINUM ride on a budget with top-notch customer service, don’t wait — come on in today! I promise they have a plan for you. Sometimes blessings show up when you least expect them! 🚗✨
