Customer reviews
I would have gave them no stars if possible. The guy called me to tell me my tires were in so I told him great. I will send my girlfriend up there. I have her drive all the way from Norcross to Gainesville and I take off work in Atlanta to drive to Gainesville only to Find when we both get there that the people had left still two hours away from closing
“I arrived late today, but I was still welcomed with open arms no fuss, no complaints, just great customer service from the moment I walked in. The team went straight to work on my four new tires and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Everyone was incredibly helpful, from Liz to Tony, and Juan, whom I just met today. Juan immediately got to work on my paperwork and made everything easy. I’m beyond grateful for all of their hard work, professionalism, and kindness. It’s rare to find a team that truly cares about their customers the way they do. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for outstanding service!”
“OMG, I’m so happy I came across this place! Liz was such an amazing help, and Tony was equally incredible. Both of them went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Liz was caring, honest, dedicated, and truly exceptional. Tony was also amazing—he even squeezed me into the schedule when he was due for a break, which I greatly appreciated. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to helping customers really stood out. I will definitely be coming back to this location and highly recommend it to others. Thank you both for your outstanding service!” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great service. Friendly workers. They got us a very nice set of rims and tires. We drove an hour away and it was well worth it. Highly recommend for all your tire and rim needs
