Customer reviews
Went and looking for rims for my Camaro and received excellent service although I did not make a purchase that day I did return when I got my new car the staff was very very helpful. Both Esau and Brittany were extremely professional and helpful. I will be recommending raw wheels and tires to all my friends and family.
I had the pleasure of working with Ms.B. Thomas today who was a great help. Understanding the details and analytics of my car can be difficult but she made everything easy to understand and went beyond my expectations in customer service. She gave me a clear layout of any problems they noticed complimentary to my free service! The entire team is the best in town for to prices, satisfaction and more. You can see they work together to help each other and really love their job. I'll be back for all my future needs!
The attention to detail in finding the exact wheels i needed for my ride came at a time when I needed it most. Ask for Ethan. What a stellar experience. It was easy, fast and efficient.
Had a great experience at Rent-A-Wheel. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the process easy to understand. They were patient with my questions and helped me find what I needed without any pressure. Excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Rent-A-Wheel to anyone looking for quality service and a smooth experience!
Brittany was amazing! She greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my options. She was patient, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude the entire time. You can tell she actually cares about helping people and not just making a sale. If you stop by Rent-A-Wheel, definitely ask for Brittany. She’ll take good care of you!
