Customer reviews
I came here looking to replace my tires because I was definitely in the need for new ones. The customer service was excellent, very patient staff, and quickly got 4 tires at a affordable price that fit my needs and range. On top of that I was given complimentary goodies that truly surprised me. Highly recommend coming here!
Was always interested in getting new rims for my car since I got it last April. Didn’t really know where to start, but met the new manager Juan when I finally decided to stop here and he helped out a bunch finding the style that I wanted with out making break the bank for it. Will most definitely be recommending it and him to all my friends.
Leaving Houston, moving to Savannah, one of my wheels broke so I had to get new ones. Rent a tire was the only option in the middle of nowhere Texas. Now, in Georgia, I hit one of the notorious potholes in Savannah. Lucky for me the tires have road hazard and there is a Rent A Tire in Brunswick. I called them up. Paulene was awesome. She found my old accounts. Found all the documents for me. And even went and put the tire up for me to make sure nobody else would get it. Could not have made it any easier. Thank you.
I’ve bought multiple sets of wheels from Juan and Pauline over at RAW and when I tell you some of the best people you will ever meet. I’ve done cash deals and payment plans they have always helped me out. Much love for my people over at RAW and thank you guys once again rolling clean.
Came in with my fiancee to get tires and rims on his car We had a 1230 appt.time.They finally pull the car in the bay at 4pm.No one came to update us on the status of the delay not to mention they ordered the wrong size and had to come back 3 times to check to see if the tires and rims were in.Why give an appointment time when you have to wait 4 hours without any verbal update. We finally got the tires put on only to find out we had a set of mismatched tires on the car.We paid for a set of Falken Tires ,They only put 1 Falken tire, the other 3 were mismatched.Followed on on Monday morning to informed of the mishap only to find out they didn't have the other 3.Manager said he would order the rest and they would be in on Friday and he would call.Today is Monday May 5 and the tires are not in.Seven days later and my car is sitting with A NEW SET OF MISMATCHED TIRES.Called twice, no tires yet TO CONTINUE. Follow up several times.Never received tires after saying they were orderd.Ended up purchasing two tires from another merchant. K.M. The manager William threatened me and I am going to court for the rims and tires I return don't do business with these people real talk . Returned the rims and tires after the issue wasn't resolved.
