I'm only giving a 4 star rating because of the ladies that work here, other than that based on management it should be a 1 star rating. The store manager called my husband, told us to be at RAW by 530pm, they had everything we needed and would be put on our car as well, we get there and they didn't have what we needed, wanted us to downgrade to something we didn't want. Then the store manager tried to tell Nikki that he said for us to be there by 5, which in actuality we were there by 5 instead of 530. Nikki said she would see about giving us credit for all this miscommunication, but we come Monday for the appt and the store manager wants to fuss at Cecelia because of his POOR management.... these girls deserve better than his way of managing. All in all, we are getting what we wanted, don't really care about the credit, I'm angry for the way he talked to his employee in front of customers. He needs more training, on how to fix a problem he caused!!!! He is fussing with Cecelia as we speak!!! He's bullying his employees... as we speak. I wish now we would have went somewhere else.
I liked the service at rent a wheel. The people were nice and took their time with no problem. Jay was a good worker and he was a chill dude and didn’t complain about anything. The wheels and tires look nice! Good prices too
Since day one the store managers and employes have kept it one hundred. From juan to the tire tech Rod, and the greatest customer service ive recieved from the Asst.Manager Nicky. She was very patient and kind and helped me with all of my questions. Highly recomend this store for great service. For my silverado i got 22inch rims and tires. For my tacoma i got 20inch rims and all terrain tires looking good ty so much raw. Always have to be raw tires. Iam adding a new picture for the ryms and tires i got for baby momma 4 runner. Guys dont be shady and look out for your baby momma;-) ryms and tires are insured so she can never go wrong if some happens.
Great deal. Lined up and appointed and was able to get the style rims that fit my car. Also had a special and got some products for my car as well. Super friendly staff. In and out with in 1-2 hours. Also free alignment as well! Will recommend!
I had an appointment scheduled for Monday, May 12th at 4:30 to have new tires installed. I scheduled the appointment a week in advance. When I arrived, they didn't have my appointment information. They never called me to change it! Unprofessional service. I had to take the tires somewhere else to have them installed.
