This company treated my cousin like trash. The way they dismissed him as a customer was completely unacceptable. They refused to help him without any real explanation and questioned whether he could even afford the service instead of simply processing an application and letting the approval process speak for itself. Marcus provided the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. I would never spend my money here, and I would never recommend this business to anyone. My cousin wanted to give this company a chance because of a referral from my sister, but after the experience we had, I wouldn’t even turn my head to look their way, much less recommend them to anyone in my circle. For the record, my cousin went to RimTyme, was approved with just $50 down, chose to put $800 down instead, and is already planning to pay off his wheels in full next month. Since there seemed to be so much concern about what he could afford, it’s worth mentioning that the diamond grill in his mouth alone cost $20,000. So, Mr. Marcus, I hope that answers your question. The problem was never whether he could afford the wheels it was the assumptions that were made before he was ever given a fair chance. No customer should ever be judged based on appearance or assumptions instead of being treated with professionalism and respect

Came to rent a wheel to get my 22in wheels…Marcus and the entire staff were great ppl…smooth transition…I would highly recommend anyone looking for tires/rims to stop by and check them out…you get an alignment voucher along with your purchase which definitely comes in handy…you also get free balance and tire rotation while you have your wheels for life…they have a great selection of tires and rims…if anything happens to your tires slow leak, nail, damage to the rim…you can give them a call and they will be happy to help you out…I have gotten tires and rims from them more than twice…this is my third vehicle on them dang da danes lol 😆
I am so happy with my product and very well pleased with my experience today at RAW Wheels and Tires. Upon entering Keisha was very helpful, pleasant, professional and aware of what she was doing. When signing my contract, she made sure I thouroughly understand everything I was signing and answered any questions I had. I would definitely refer anyone to Ms. Keisha for assistance. Moving on to Mr. Marcus aka The Bossman. I want to personally Thank Marcus for going above and beyond to ensure that I was pleased with my product and offerings. He exceeded my expectations even after taking my time to choose, he was patient, professional, kind and honest. I appreciate your help. This was a great experience and I love my new look.
