Customer reviews
Manager Chris, is very friendly. Completed application process quickly and helped with the selection of tires. Super accommodating, completed entire process without me doing any changes on my work schedule.
This was my first time getting new rims and all of them made it quick and painless. They have a great selection are rims and made sure I found some I liked. They were able to get them on same day.
I had an outstanding experience at raw tire shop and wanted to take a moment to recognize the incredible customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution for my vehicle. What impressed me most was how they took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They answered all my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure I was comfortable with every recommendation. It’s rare these days to find a business that values honesty and customer satisfaction the way they do. The work was completed quickly, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. My vehicle rides smoother than ever, and I left feeling confident that the job was done right. The team was respectful, knowledgeable, and treated me like a valued customer rather than just another transaction. If you’re looking for a tire shop that combines excellent workmanship with top-notch customer service, I highly recommend this place. They’ve earned my trust and my future business. Thank you to the entire team for making the experience easy, stress-free, and professional from start to finish!
We were looking for tires for our car, this location was the only location that had our tire size in stock. So we drove down there (1 1/2 hours). Everything when smooth at first, we decided to purchase the tires instead of financing them. Day after installation one tire was down to 25 psi. Drove all the way back down there to have them fixed the tire and they did nothing. Still to this day the tire constantly looses air. I would never purchase a tire from these people ever again. As they got paid in full and they act like its not their problem. Very disappointed in the quality and service.
Second time I had Raw wheels and tires put wheels on my truck. Both time I had a great experience. This time Cesar was a big help and went out of his way to get me the wheels I wanted. I recommend highly.
