Customer reviews
Fast and efficient. India was fantastic, the prices were fair, and everyone was very friendly with great customer service. They walked me through the entire process from start to finish! Highly recommend!
I had an exceptional experience at RNR Tire Express getting four new tires. From the moment I walked in, James and the entire staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. They took the time to explain my options clearly, made sure I was comfortable with my decision, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. The service was fast, efficient, and done right the first time. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. My car feels great with the new tires, and I left feeling confident and taken care of. If you’re looking for honest, reliable service and a team that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend RNR Tire Express. I’ll definitely be coming back!
The staff was great. Nice and friendly. But I went in for a four-wheel alignment. And then when I get home I see my back tire is crooked as a politician. I don't know how it made it out of the shop looking like that. And now my steering wheel is crooked meaning the technician did not lock the steering wheel when he performed the alignment. I'm a plumber and I know you're supposed to do that. Take your vehicle elsewhere for an alignment. Unless you want to have to take it to another shop afterwards and spend extra money having it fixed like I did. Did they offer a refund? Of course they didn't. They asked me did I want to bring it back in for another alignment. No thank you. You did enough damage the first time.
Very very pleased ! For the most part I needed tires on my car for traveling this weekend no other place had them my size without ordering them . I contacted RNR & they took care of me ! Customer service was beyond extraordinary ! Very welcoming , understand & took care of my needs by staying late to get the job done. Talk about a team player people like that expand the business & keep customers coming back . I would like to give a big thanks it was very appreciated !
WOW! What can I say about this RNR Tires store other than, yes, my first time there and what a perfect pleasant and wonderful experience it was! Pete that works at the front counter, took a lot of time with me to help me pick the best tires for my Mustang GT/CS! Not just any tire, but a specialty tire! “245/35ZR/20”. Everything went smooth as silk, and I could not believe how the wheels and new tires look and shine when they brought the car out front for me to drive away! Not to mention the great price that I received! The car drove perfectly with absolutely no vibration at all! I am 100% satisfied with Peter and that great company that he works for! This might’ve been my very first time, but I promise you this it sure is not gonna be my last because anytime I need any kind of tires for any type of vehicle. I’m definitely going back again and again and again. It is nice to see a young man like Peter that believes in what he does and does outstanding job! Not to mention the technician that installed my tires! 100% satisfied and I wish I could give higher than five stars because they definitely should be getting 10 stars! 👍👍 excellent job!
