Customer reviews
Large selection, fair pricing! John definitely went above and beyond. I really do appreciate the service provided today. Would definitely recommend this wheel & Tire Shop.
Be very mindful when entering into this establishment. My first experience almost two to three years ago was good in 2023. As a recent returning customer of 2026, my 2nd experience not so much starting and ending with the store manager. I was very disappointed and the conversation was very demeaning as well as belittling, per the way Mr. John spoke to me. It was hurtful and very dismayed by the ordeal. I will be telling others to be careful if deciding to do business with this establishment. Many Blessings to whomever finds this post helpful.
Great service and quick action when it came to an issue with my wheels . after having 2 of them puncture. I was able to have them replaced quickly with no issues. the owner was amazing and kept in touch with updates and was on point when it came to getting me back on thr road appreciate all his help. now im a new owner of some fresh tires and wheels paid off with no problem thanks again to the great service he provided
They are liars; they only care about the money. I spent months asking them to change the tire on my rims, knowing that I have a minor child and that I was in danger on the street, risking an accident or something else happening, and they wouldn't take responsibility. They never cared; they only want your money. The people and the owner are very rude. I was delayed a few weeks because I've been out of work, and they couldn't care less. They came and took the rims that I had paid over $2,000 for, and they took them away. Now they'll put them up for sale again and make more money. If you see some yellow rims, don't buy them for more than $2,000; they're not worth that anymore. I had them for almost nine months. They kept coming by, saying and doing things to harass my family, saying they were going to press charges and call the police.
First time time buying rims and tires from them, I love them. Great customer service and good pricing. Everyone that was there was extremely friendly and provided fast service. Was in and out within hour and a half which included them installing everything same day…explained everything in detail and was such an easy process. Will definitely recommend them in the future
