They have no customer service. I went in on January 6 and told them I would be moving in two weeks. They said the couch would take about 10 days to arrive. I called them 14 days later after I moved into my apartment, and even waited a couple more days because of the ice storm. They told me their orders were delayed, so I waited another week and called back. They said the orders were still not in. Every time I called, they asked for my name and phone number and said they would call me when the item came in. It has now been two months and they have never called back or given me any update about my order. Don’t waste your time if the item is not in stock.

This location and the team is truly the best I recommend this store to anyone and everyone Greg and all his guys are truly the best

I want to start by expressing my dissatisfaction with David’s rude and impatient behavior. My mother placed an order on 02/08/2026 and called the following day, 02/09/2026, simply to request an estimated time of arrival. David appeared irritated by this reasonable question and responded rudely, stating that he did not have an ETA and that the order would take two weeks. When my mother requested a refund due to this interaction, David responded with a brief “okay” and abruptly ended the call. This experience was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Sucks didn't get my refrigerator till monday when I placed order Fri then I was told they were coming Saturday no one came when they didn't finally deliver it didn't work ive had the fridge since Monday and no one has been back out to pick fridge at all or even try to fix it or replace they suck and I just emailed customer service department ive never had bad experience.

Employees are very friendly. Manager will work with you took less than 30 minutes for me to get the washer and dryer. I needed and delivery and installation perfect the next day very pleased.
